If you could have a superhuman power, it would be. . . having a pause button. The older I get the quicker time flies. I often wish I could just press pause and slow things down to soak it all in!
Community cause nearest my heart: H.U.G.S. I have had the privilege to see this organization change the lives of many of my patients first hand.
A guilty pleasure of mine: Hot Yoga
Any person in history I could have a dinner date with, and why: My husband. He is peanut butter to my jelly, bacon to my eggs, yin to my yang. I couldn’t imagine doing without him and look forward to each and every dinner date we share.
Favorite part of my profession: The motto of Florida Cancer Specialists is “World class medicine. Hometown care.” When you have cancer and are not feeling well the last thing you want to do is drive hours to receive the care you need. I love that I get to provide the people of our community excellent care while staying close to home.
