Feta’s Aegean Pasta

2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of sautéed garlic
2 oz. Sautéed onions
2 oz. Sautéed tomatoes
3 Head of sautéed broccoli cut off stem
4 U-7Jumbo shrimp
3 oz. Reduced with Ouzo
7 oz. Tomato sauce
4 Leaves of fresh basil
2 1/2 oz. Feta cheese
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepperoncini
Pinch of Sugar
Served with medium bowl of pasta noodles

Cooking Directions

Have pasta noodles ready. Add a pinch of sugar to the tomatoes to get the acidity out, and then dice. In a large skillet coat with olive oil then place garlic, chopped onions, diced tomatoes and a little pepperoncini for spice and peppery taste.

Boil jumbo shrimp in water with some salt and oil. As soon as it is ready, take out and peel. Put jumbo shrimp in vegetables and add 3 oz. of Ouzo. Reduce.

Add tomato sauce. Chop fresh basil and add with 2 oz. of feta cheese.

Put pasta noodles in skillet and sauce it, then plate. Enjoy!
