Crusts:
1 – 9” pie or 4 – 4” tarts
Graham cracker crust, made from scratch using unsalted butter.
Press into pie pan or tart shells
Filling:
combine 3 egg yolks with 1 – 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk add 1/2 cup of key lime juice, the mixture will thicken
Directions:
pour into pie (or tart) shell and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees
Cool for and then top with sweetened, whipped (heavy) cream
