The number one hair style is the pony tail seen all over the world right? If you’re going to pony tail your hair lets use this time to condition it, but make sure it’s not too wet when pony tailing or has too much stress because the only time hair stretches is when it’s wet. Just out of the shower put in your daily conditioner and work it through your hair. It will dry and be hard like a gel after a while because it’s thicker and has moisture. If you get that I think conditioning your hair is important, then you’re on track to healthy hair!
If you can go 3 days in between shampooing, then you can work the natural oils through your hair like the Indians or the old tail of brushing 100 strokes before bed. If you’re lucky enough, you can get some help from the kids or the other half -- this is a great time for talking, motivating the kids and teaching them that taking care of yourself is a great thing to do!
Well get out there and get going! You have to get the kids to school and the other half off to work, so put your hair in that pony with some conditioner -- but not too tight! No need to add more stress!
